This may be the first time we have done this workout while having a much better sense of what is possible as far as speed and time.  World records were established at last year’s Regional competitions.  Kristan Clever and Annie Thorisdottir are tied for the women with a time  of 1:54.  The world record for the men belongs to Dan Bailey at a preposterous 1:35.  If at the end of the workout you find that this was not that challenging (L1 or L2), then you certainly left some gas in the tank.  In other news, we will be attempting to establish a new 1RM Back Squat on Thursday so I suggest you come in for that.
